AdvantageFlow Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 12, 2026
Last Updated: July 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] doing business as AdvantageFlow (“AdvantageFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through our website at https://advantageflow.io (the “Website”) and in connection with our marketing, advertising, lead-generation, content-production, and automation services (the “Services”).
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers two different situations:
- Our own collection. Information AdvantageFlow collects for its own website, sales, operations, and client relationships — for example, when a business owner visits our Website, requests a consultation, or becomes a client.
- Processing for clients. Information AdvantageFlow processes on behalf of its business clients when consumers submit information through a client’s advertisements, forms, websites, calendars, telephone calls, text messages, or related systems.
When we process lead information solely for a client, that client may be the business or “controller” responsible for deciding why and how the information is used, and AdvantageFlow may act as a service provider, contractor, or processor acting on the client’s instructions. In that situation, the client’s own privacy policy may also apply to you.
2. Personal Information Collected Directly
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect information you provide directly, such as:
- Name and business name
- Email address and telephone number
- Mailing address
- Service interests and consultation requests
- Messages you send us
- Client onboarding and account information
- Billing information
- Appointment information
- Content you submit to AdvantageFlow
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Website, certain information may be collected automatically, depending on the technologies in use at the time. This may include IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, website interactions, log data, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and analytics information. Not every category is necessarily collected at all times.
4. Information Received from Our Clients
In providing the Services, we may receive information from our business clients, such as lead information, customer information, appointment information, advertising data, sales information, and campaign information, so that we can perform the Services for that client.
5. Information Received from Advertising Platforms
When campaigns run on advertising platforms such as Meta or Google, we may receive information from those platforms, such as lead-form submissions, campaign performance data, and related reporting. The specific information depends on the platforms and integrations in use for a given engagement; not every integration is enabled at all times.
6. Forms and Consultation Requests
If you submit a form on the Website — for example, to request a growth call — we collect the information you enter so we can respond to your request, schedule a consultation, and follow up about our Services as permitted by law.
7. Client Onboarding Information
If you become a client, we collect the information reasonably needed to set up and perform your engagement, such as business details, account access credentials you authorize, campaign preferences, service-area information, and billing details.
8. Payment Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. Those processors collect and handle your payment card or bank information under their own privacy policies. We do not claim to store full payment-card numbers on our own systems. [VERIFY: confirm the payment processor and whether any payment details are stored before publishing.]
9. Telephone, Voicemail, Chat, Email, and SMS Information
If you communicate with us by telephone, voicemail, chat, email, or text message, we may collect the contents of those communications and related information (such as the phone number or email address used and the date and time of the communication).
10. Call Recording
Calls are not recorded in all cases. A call may be recorded only when AdvantageFlow or its client uses call-recording technology on that call and provides any notice or obtains any consent required by law. Where recording is used, you may be informed at the start of the call or through other legally required means. [VERIFY: confirm current call-recording practices and consent procedures before publishing.]
11. Appointment and Scheduling Information
If you book an appointment with us, or if you book an appointment with one of our clients through a system we operate for that client, we may process scheduling details such as your name, contact information, selected times, and appointment status, including confirmations and reminders.
12. Photography, Video, Audio, and Content Production
When an engagement includes content production, we may collect and process photographs, video footage, audio recordings, likenesses, and related release or authorization information for the people and locations involved in the production.
13. AI-Related Information
When AI-assisted services are used, prompts, inputs, instructions, files, and outputs may be processed through AI-related service providers in order to generate content or assist with communications and lead qualification. AI providers handle information under their own terms. We do not represent that AI providers never use data for model training; provider practices vary and should be reviewed. [VERIFY: confirm the AI providers in use and their data-use settings before publishing.]
14. How We Use Information
Depending on the situation, we may use personal information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Website
- Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
- Provide, manage, and improve the Services
- Manage client relationships and accounts
- Create and manage advertising campaigns
- Process and route leads on behalf of clients
- Manage CRM workflows on behalf of clients
- Send administrative and service-related communications
- Send marketing communications where authorized
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders
- Process payments
- Detect and prevent fraud and protect security
- Measure campaign performance and produce reports
- Comply with legal obligations
- Create aggregated or de-identified information
15. How We Disclose Information
Depending on the situation, personal information may be disclosed to categories of recipients such as: advertising platforms; CRM providers; marketing-automation providers; website-hosting providers; cloud-storage providers; payment processors; analytics providers; telephone and SMS providers; scheduling providers; AI providers; contractors; photographers, videographers, and editors; professional advisers; government authorities where required by law; and parties involved in a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets. Not every category receives information at all times; disclosures depend on the services and technologies in use.
16. Vendors and Service Providers
We rely on third-party technology providers to operate the Website and deliver the Services. These fall into categories such as advertising platforms, CRM and automation platforms, payment processing, website hosting and code management, domain services, workflow automation, databases, scheduling, telephone and SMS services, and AI services. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Client-Controlled Lead Information
If you submitted your information through an advertisement or lead form, the business named in the advertisement, on the form, or on the landing page is generally the client on whose behalf the information was collected. Privacy requests involving a client’s campaign data may need to be directed to that client or coordinated with that client, because the client controls why and how that information is used. If you contact us about client-controlled information, we will make reasonable efforts to identify the relevant client and forward or coordinate your request as appropriate.
18. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website and our campaigns may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, conversion tracking, advertising attribution, retargeting, audience creation, and conversion APIs, depending on the technologies enabled at a given time. These technologies can collect information about your device and your interactions with websites and advertisements. [VERIFY: confirm which tracking technologies are active on the Website before publishing.]
19. Targeted Advertising, “Sale,” or “Sharing”
Some state privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. Certain advertising, analytics, audience, pixel, retargeting, or conversion activities — if and when used — may be considered selling, sharing, or targeted advertising under those laws, even when no money changes hands. Whether AdvantageFlow engages in these activities depends on the technologies actually enabled. [VERIFY — REQUIRED BEFORE PUBLICATION: confirm actual pixel, retargeting, audience, and conversion-API practices, and update this section to state accurately whether we sell, share, or process information for targeted advertising, and what opt-outs are offered.]
20. Cookie Controls
Most browsers let you control cookies through settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Website works. Where cookie-preference tools are offered on the Website, you can use them to adjust non-essential cookies. Some browsers support the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal; whether and how the Website responds to GPC depends on the technologies enabled. [VERIFY: confirm whether the Website recognizes GPC before making a definitive statement.]
21. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no widely adopted standard for responding to these signals, and the Website does not currently make a commitment to respond to them unless stated otherwise here after verification.
22. Email Marketing Choices
You can unsubscribe from our commercial emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email or by contacting us at [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We will honor opt-out requests as required by law. You may still receive non-promotional, service-related emails.
23. Text-Message Choices
Where our messaging programs support it, you may opt out of text messages by replying STOP and get assistance by replying HELP. [VERIFY: confirm that the SMS provider supports STOP and HELP keywords before publishing this statement.] You may also contact us at [PRIVACY EMAIL] to request removal from text-message communications.
24. Telephone and SMS Consent
Where required by law, consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Accepting this Privacy Policy does not by itself create consent to receive automated marketing calls or text messages; any such consent is obtained separately through the applicable form or sign-up process.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
25. Service-Related Communications
Promotional messages are different from service-related messages. Even if you opt out of marketing, you may still receive non-promotional communications such as appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, account notifications, customer-service communications, and transactional messages related to an inquiry, appointment, or engagement.
26. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, contractual, legal, security, and client-service purposes, taking into account the nature of the information and the reason it was collected. Retention for client-controlled lead information may also depend on the client’s instructions and agreements.
27. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to our business to protect personal information. However, no website, network, or system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored by us.
28. Data Breaches
If a data breach affecting personal information occurs, we will respond in accordance with applicable breach-notification requirements, including Florida law where it applies. No organization can guarantee that a breach will never occur.
29. Children’s Privacy
The Website and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at [PRIVACY EMAIL] so we can delete it.
30. Third-Party Links
The Website may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
31. International Visitors
AdvantageFlow is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in these locations may differ from the laws where you live.
32. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, the type of information involved, the purpose of processing, statutory business thresholds, and available exemptions, you may have rights under a state privacy law, which can include the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information
- Receive a portable copy of personal information
- Opt out of targeted advertising
- Opt out of certain “sales” or “sharing” of personal information
- Appeal a decision on a privacy request
- Use an authorized agent to submit certain requests
- Not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights
Not every state privacy law applies to every business. Many state laws apply only to businesses that meet certain revenue or data-volume thresholds, and business-to-business and service-provider exemptions may apply. We will honor the rights that apply to you under applicable law. Requests involving information we process on behalf of a client may be forwarded to or coordinated with that client, as described in Section 17.
33. Florida Privacy and Security
AdvantageFlow is a Florida-based business and maintains reasonable measures to protect personal information as described in this policy, consistent with Florida data-security and breach-notification requirements that apply to it. Certain Florida privacy obligations apply only to businesses meeting specific statutory thresholds; AdvantageFlow will comply with those obligations if and when they apply.
34. California Privacy Disclosures
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, if and to the extent that law applies to AdvantageFlow. The CCPA applies only to businesses that meet certain thresholds, and exemptions may apply to some business-to-business information. [VERIFY: whether the CCPA’s thresholds and facts apply to AdvantageFlow has not been confirmed; this section must be reviewed and finalized before publication.] California residents may submit requests using the contact methods in Section 35, and we will respond as required by any law that applies.
35. How to Submit a Privacy Request
You may submit a privacy request — such as a request to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain processing — by emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Please describe your request and the state where you live. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, using information reasonably necessary for verification. Where applicable law allows, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we may require proof of the agent’s authority and verification of your identity.
36. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes may be highlighted on the Website where appropriate.
